Services
Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written proposal or statement of work. Services are provided by embedded squads unless otherwise agreed.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide timely access to tools, brand guidelines, ICP documentation, and feedback required for execution. Delays may affect timelines and results.
Payment
Fees are billed per the agreed engagement model. Late payment may pause work. Refunds or guarantees apply only where explicitly stated in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential business information shared during the engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
